Akash Solaraju
Founder | Partner
With over 15 years of industry expertise, Akash is a creative problem solver with a distinguished career that spans a spectrum of roles, from design architect to regional design manager to Director of Design and Development. A masters graduate of Columbia University in New York, Akash has honed his skills and knowledge through notable stints with prestigious entities like Perkins Eastman, Rafael Vinoly, New Stanford Hospital, Marriott, Hilton, and most recently, AWS-Amazon.
Having played integral roles as a Consultant and Strategic Advisor, Akash's journey has been marked by contributions to iconic projects and collaboration with industry leaders. Now, he ventures into the realm of development, bringing his unique background and skill set to the forefront. Akash is poised to set the foundation for a new era in living, starting with applying his wealth of experience to rethink and reimagine the spaces we call home.

Hi! I'm Samara, and I'm four years old. I love playing in the garden, feeling the grass under my feet, and looking at the pretty clouds. My friend* Greta Thunberg says we need to be kind to the Earth, so I can keep exploring and discover the way it was created, full of beauty. Please, please help build a safe and sustainable future where I can play with my friends in meadows, hug big trees, and see animals in their homes. Greta says we have to take care of our home, and I think that's a great idea. I love making friends at the park, painting, singing and dancing too. Let's make the world a magical place for all the kids like me. Thank you lots!
